Berkeley House Asset Management is the lending vehicle of Berkeley House Investments. BHAM provides project funding direct from its own credit lines for qualified borrowers seeking project funding of £40m upwards.

In addition to our own direct lending we have also established relationships with International Private Lenders who work alongside us to support our transactions and act as alternative funding sources in specific cases.

The funding is innovative and distinct from the typical funding provided via typical corporate banks.

Terms are realistic, flexible and geared to suit the specific requirement of each project - this is not one size fits all funding!

Suitable projects include, power generation, green technologies, oil & gas, water purification & distribution, prisons, ports, airports, large scale building projects be it residential, commercial, industrial or leisure. There are many other types of projects that would also fulfill the criteria. Please ask us if you operate in a sector not listed above.

Funding is available worldwide and all applications need to be supported by:-

• A full business plan & outline project plans
• Details of capital requirements and cash flows
• Full details of borrower and the project team
• The borrower also needs to have available a minimum of 15% of the total required facility with a minimum of £10m.
