The project funding that Berkeley House Investments is able to provide aims to fill the gap for those clients who have great projects that don’t quite fit the requirements of the challenging main stream bank led funding market.

The projects we look to get involved with will typically range in value from £20m – £150m.  Our Project funding is flexible and based upon offering competitive solutions, with rates often fixed for up to 5 years – removing the Swap or Hedge risk for investors.

The capital markets investment opportunities we are able to offer are specifically for qualifying high net worth individuals and corporate bodies.  They typically focus on utilising free cash and other capital markets instruments to generate superior returns.

In all cases we aim to create a structure for the investor that minimises any risks to capital, or instrument and yet creates a return typically significantly enhanced on those available from mainstream bank deposits.
